- We act as facilitators and are not responsible for final admissions, visa approvals, or university decisions.
- Eva Overseas will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
